Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet in Silver Lake Village, you're in a prime location to access popular hiking and mountain bike trails running from Deer Valley to the Canyons.
Over-sized windows offer vistas of the mountains while providing natural lighting. Enjoy long summer days high in the mountains with a hike, or use your mountain bike rental to hit the trails of Deer Valley or Park City. There is a community hot-tub just 50 feet from the town-home, as well as on-site pool and tennis court.
For entertainment there are two large flat screen 50 inch TV’s and two 32 inch TV's. All the TVs come with ROKU players and there are also two DVD players. There are plenty of board games to play while you enjoy a hot-chocolate or glass of wine by the great room fireplace.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a custom copper and stainless steel range hood and granite counter-tops. There is a large breakfast bar that seats 6 and a dining table that seats 6. If you don't feel like cooking, there are many restaurants within a half mile at Silver Lake Village or over 40 establishments that deliver.
Spaciousness surrounds the home’s three main levels. The three bedrooms, two full baths and lower deck are downstairs, ensuring that others will not disturb your sleep. The master suite on this level includes a king bed, en-suite bath and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom includes a twin and a full bed. The loft has a bunk with 2 twins as well as a 3rd twin. The foyer and a powder room comprise the entrance level. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and den. There is a brand new private hot tub that seats six people.
Finally, there are parking spaces in the underground garage, additional outside parking in front of the town-home and the free complementary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk.
